- Comment on the upcoming AER0TR0P0LIS 2020 album-

 

   'With my first collection of released songs under the conceptual mini album AER0TR0P0LIS, I hope to share a vision of a sci-fi esque fantasy landscape. A narrative that continues to inspire and elevate me, portrayed via metaphysical and esoteric paradigms reflecting the human condition. 

   An interdimensional, flexi-time, death defying, multi-incarnation, heightened sensory / dreamlike account, concerning oneness vs. duality, consciousness expansion and love. 

   A dream's interpretation and attempt to resolve, a rendered [maybe warped and romanticised] record of experiences. 

Dealing with existence as an epicurean fantasist, considering platonism and positive nihilism, whilst navigating a suspected existentially nihilistic multiverse. Embracing absurdism, certain only of experience itself.

   I tried to convert this neural realm into something tangible, and pop. Aspiring to construct an ambience that emblemised, by intuitively merging aural elements in alignment to my associations. Some of these I could identify immediately, the rest found in others, and refined by habit of live performance. 

   Ethereal quasi operatics and incantations, surfing an array of erratic guitars, colossal synths, various multinational folk instruments, bottomless bass and primal drums. All coalescing to form an empyrean sonic tsunami, to evoke the hyper emotive stirring of the immaterial domain that hijacked my head space [within the limitations of the sound spectrum, the ability to let songs be themselves in resistance to the finite and clinical recording process, and, my frankly rudimentary skills]. I hope the spirit shines through none the less.  

 

   Whether something akin to that vision is received, is out of my control, but I hope there is some inkling of that in its reception, or at least arousal. If you have survived these last sentences- thank you, this is such grandiose speak for such admittedly simple songs lol. I hope you like AER0TR0P0LIS.’
